Loen & Asdos., S.L. holds the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights for the software.

The user does not acquire any rights or licenses for the contracted service regarding the software required to provide the service, nor for the technical information related to the service’s monitoring, except for the necessary rights and licenses to comply with the contracted services and only during the service duration.

For any action beyond the fulfillment of the contract, the user will need written authorization from Loen & Asdos., S.L., and the user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, viewing the configuration, structure, and files of the servers owned by Loen & Asdos., S.L., assuming civil and criminal responsibility for any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems due to negligent or malicious actions on their part.

Intellectual Property of Hosted Content

The use of the services provided by Loen & Asdos., S.L. and, in particular, of:

• The use of services that contravene Spanish laws or infringe on third-party rights.

• The publication or transmission of any content that, in the judgment of Loen & Asdos., S.L., is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic, or defamatory.

• The cracks, serial numbers of programs, or any other content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

The user will indemnify Loen & Asdos., S.L. for any costs incurred by Loen & Asdos., S.L. due to any cause for which the responsibility lies with the user, including legal defense fees, even in the case of a non-definitive judicial decision.

Protection of Stored Information

Loen & Asdos., S.L. creates backups of the contents stored on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the full restoration of data deleted by users, as the deleted data may have been removed or modified since the last backup.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in the backups created by Loen & Asdos., S.L. when such loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, with prior user acceptance.

Data restoration is only included in the service price when the loss is due to causes attributable to Loen & Asdos., S.L.

Commercial Communications

In compliance with the LSSI, Loen & Asdos., S.L. will not send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional communications via email or other electronic media.

For users with whom a prior contractual relationship exists, Loen & Asdos., S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services from Loen & Asdos., S.L. similar to those initially contracted.

In any case, after proving their identity, the user can request that no further commercial information be sent via Customer Service channels.
